Leading opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join a highly rated, successful law firm in the beautiful city of Bath.

With four offices across the South West, London and South East this firm has built its thriving private and commercial practice to establish a nationwide reputation for the provision of legal advice to the education and not for profit sector as well as working within the general commercial sector.

This is an exciting opportunity for an HR Consultant to gain not just general experience but also specialist expertise in a growing field, with a particular focus on the not for profit sector and education.

You will be advising existing clients and acting in a support role on human resources and related issues as they arise, for example, recruitment, payroll, training, contracts, disciplinary rules and procedures, redundancies, health and safety, transfers of businesses and consultation processes with experienced legal back up.

The ideal candidate will be CIPD qualified with at least 1 year experience of working in an HR Assistant or Advisor level role. Experience of working in a local authority and/or professional services environment is also desirable.

Working hours will be 9.00am 5.30pm and benefits include Competitive salary, Private Medical Insurance, Life assurance (4 x salary) and Pension scheme.
